In its production of fitting parts for out-road cars and of other articles that will have to be very light and resistant, Model Technic creates laminations in resin (e.g. polyester) reinforced by fibre-glass, carbon, Klevar.
For the aforesaid productive process we can use very modern or traditional machinery, in order to manufacture a final product showing a high quality level.
The moulds of our new plants for cutting and spraying are 'covered' by a mixture of resin and fibre coming from an operator's nozzle. This process is quite fast, and allows us to manage even the greatest productions.
Of course, Model Technic can use traditional methods for finishing composite materials when a special control of their thickness or of their particulars in required.
Even in this case, by request of the client we can supply the painting an the assembly.
